  • Ability to demonstrate classic cooking techniques
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work station
  • Demonstrate an ability to be comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist Chef and Sous Chef with any back of the house needs
  • Uphold Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen
  • Ability to react pro-actively under pressure


  • 1 year professional experience as a Line Cook or relevant position 
  • Advanced knife handling skills and kitchen etiquette
  • Strong communication skills
