What is your muse?

Family. Friends. Many people I’ve met along the way. Life offers a muse every day, just a matter of seeing it for what it is and not what it’s supposed to be.

What do you hope guests takes away from your work?

I hope our guests feel special knowing the work we put in day in and day out is all for them. We take great satisfaction seeing people enjoy what we love to do!

What is your favorite part about M&M?

The team and being able to do what we love every day.

What is your muse?

I've been lucky to have a lot influence to when it comes to cooking. I thank my mom for always pushing my lil sister and I always to try new food, even if we didn't like it. She would always be experimenting in the kitchen and would call different foods with weird names to get us to eat certain things. Another influence to pursue culinary really happened when I was in middle school I had to get acl reconstruction surgery and was down for quite awhile. During that time I watched a lot food network, Anthony Bourdain, and Wolfgang Puck. I was inspired to cook and travel, the idea that I could take this trade anywhere was really appealing to me. I grew up in the Bay Area so I felt like I could travel anywhere, every type of food was within a 10 mi radius. So I was able to try an assortment of different foods and different styles of food.

What do you hope guests takes away from your work?

That people see the care and love that we put into the food and the time.

What is your favorite part about M&M?

That I can be creative. I have been encouraged to do so but not to the degree here.
